Dear guests, for your peace of mind and comfortable stay, please comply with the rules at “Best Boutique Hotel” and observe the following rules:
Hotel stay
Registration and check-in of each guest is carried out only after providing an identity document.
Upon check-in, the guest is issued a hotel passport and a room access card, which serve as an identification card during their stay at the hotel.

In case of late check-out (after 12:00), a surcharge is due.
If the stay is extended beyond the originally requested period, the hotel reserves the right to offer guests rooms other than the original ones.
Housekeeping is provided daily from 09:30 to 11:30.
Smoking is not allowed in hotel rooms and all indoor spaces!
Please do not smoke, as the hotel has smoke detectors that activate an audible alarm!
Smoking is possible on the terraces and in designated areas.
A fee of €10 may be charged to your account in case the room key card is not returned upon check-out.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel! If a violation is found, the guest will be charged an additional fee of one night’s stay in the respective room.
Hotel guests are responsible for all damage caused by them to the hotel’s furniture and inventory, as well as for the missing parts of it.
The removal of hotel property is not permitted.
We ask hotel guests to maintain silence and respect the right to peace of other guests during the hours designated for afternoon and night naps.
Rest hours are from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 11:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
You can welcome friends and guests in the hotel lobby and restaurant.
Guests have access to secure underground parking and unsecured outdoor parking.
We ask hotel guests to observe generally accepted standards of hygiene and order.
It is strictly prohibited to bring any type of flammable, explosive, toxic, radioactive and other similar substances and objects that are hazardous to health and safety into the hotel premises.
Bulky items and items with a bad smell are not allowed in the hotel building.
If you violate the internal rules, you will be asked to leave the hotel and/or pay for the damage caused!
Hotel liability for stolen items
Each room has safes for storing valuables, which are at your disposal in the wardrobe in the room.
Instructions for use can be found inside the safe.
The safe is free of charge.
Please read the instructions for use or contact the reception administrators if you have any difficulty using them.
The hotel complex is not responsible for lost or stolen items on the territory of the complex, as well as for damage caused by third parties.
Forgotten personal belongings
Personal belongings of guests forgotten in hotel rooms or on the territory of the complex are kept for 2 months and are handed over upon request.
Electricity
Electricity in the rooms is activated by the hotel card inserted into the energy saving device.
Electricity is 220V. If you need an adapter, please contact Reception (extension 9).
Emergencies
In case of emergencies, please contact Reception (extension 9).
Internet
The complex provides free access to the WIFI network.
Laundry and Dry Cleaning
In the information folder you will find a form for dry cleaning, laundry and ironing.
Please, after filling it out, hand it in person to the Reception.
Wake-up call
If you wish, you can request a wake-up call by calling the Reception.
Food
Please note that in order to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and for hygiene reasons, it is not permitted to take food out of the dining areas within the complex.
Clothing
We kindly ask you to visit the restaurants in the complex with appropriate clothing.
You are not allowed to visit the “VVN” restaurant and the Breakfast Hall in swimsuits, bathrobes, wet clothes and indecent appearance.
Minibar
Enjoy the minibar offerings with a selection of drinks and chocolate delights.
For more information, please see the minibar for prices and availability. Like any consumption, it is automatically charged to your account.

The complex has a room service menu and more information about the food and drinks offered in the complex can be found in the information folder.
