Once we receive and process your request, we will contact you to confirm the availability of accommodation.
The reservation request should contain the following information: the guest’s first and last name, nationality, exact arrival and departure dates, telephone, credit card number and email for feedback, room type, number of rooms, number of guests.
You will receive confirmation of your reservation at the e-mail address you provided. It will describe the type and number of rooms booked, the date of check-in and check-out from the hotel, the number of adults and children indicated in the reservation request, as well as the amount due. Please, after receiving the confirmation, carefully review the information about your reservation and contact us if any corrections are necessary.
The confirmation email, at the hotel’s discretion, may specify an amount as a required guarantee deposit, which you must pay in advance before check-in. No later than 5 (five) days after sending our e-mail (unless another deadline has been agreed), the client must pay the specified required deposit. The remaining amount of your entire reservation can be paid on site at the hotel.
As a required guarantee deposit for reservations regarding package and holiday offers, at the discretion of the hotel, an amount of 100 (one hundred)% of the reservation amount may be specified. No later than 5 (five) days after sending our e-mail (unless another deadline has been agreed), the client must pay the specified required deposit.
Once we receive the amount of the guarantee deposit, we will send an invoice for the payment received to the e-mail address you provided, and your reservation will be considered valid and finally CONFIRMED.
If payment is not made within the specified period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
When a client makes a reservation at “Best Boutique Hotel”, it is considered that he has become familiar with these general terms and conditions and agrees with them.
Reservations accepted by phone, email or through our website are considered an emerging contractual relationship.
The payment made is considered full acceptance of these general terms and conditions for staying at our hotel.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a reservation you have made, you can do so in one of the following ways:

20 (twenty) or more days before the check-in date, if the client wishes to cancel a confirmed reservation, he will not owe a penalty and the amount paid as a guarantee deposit will be refunded within 30 working days after the cancellation.
In case of cancellation within 20 (twenty) to 10 (ten) days before the check-in date or in case of non-arrival on the day of check-in, the client owes a penalty of 50% of the amount paid as a guarantee deposit.
In case of cancellation less than 10 (ten) days before the check-in date or in case of non-arrival on the day of check-in, the client owes a penalty in the amount of the amount paid as a guarantee deposit, and the reservation will be considered canceled.
“Best Boutique Hotel” reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotelier. In these cases, the hotelier:
– Offers accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices.

Changing your booking
If you wish to change your booking after you have received confirmation, we will do our best to assist you.

Check-in and check-out times:
– Check-in: after 3:00 PM.
– Check-out: until 12:00.
– In case of late check-out, an additional fee is payable, as follows:
– in case of check-out by 18:00, a fee is due, at the discretion of the hotel;
– in case of check-out after 18:00, a fee of 100 (one hundred)% of the cost of the night is due.
Reservations are held until 24:00 on the respective day of arrival.
Children under 6 years old stay free of charge on an extra bed in a double room, when accompanied by two full-paying adults.
Children aged 6 years and under but under 12 years old are accommodated in a double room for an additional charge of 20,00 BGN / 10,23 € per day per extra bed on a bed and breakfast basis, when accompanied by two full-paying adults.
Children aged 12 years and under (18 years) are accommodated in a double room for an additional charge of 50.00 BGN / 25.56 € per day per extra bed on a bed and breakfast basis when accompanied by two full-paying adults.
Accommodation of a third adult on an extra bed in an apartment costs 50.00BGN / 25.56€.
When accommodating an adult and a child in a double room on regular beds, a discount on the room rate is not provided.
Pets are not allowed at the hotel. If a violation is found, the guest will be charged an additional fee of one night’s stay in the respective room.
Check-in at the hotel is via presenting personal documents certifying the identity of the guests.
The data provided by you are protected in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection and regulations governing the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the realization of the established requirements of the Law on Tourism. This information will only be used in connection with the reservations made and will not be provided for any other purpose.

Transactions are carried out using the MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure security programs.
We do not store data on bank cards used for payment through the site.
If it is necessary to return an amount paid by bank card, it will be refunded to the same card

Rights and obligations of the parties
“Best Boutique Hotel” undertakes to provide the hotel guests with the services requested and paid for in full.
Amounts for services requested but not used in whole or in part due to the fault of the hotel guests are not refundable.
“Best Boutique Hotel” is not liable for damages caused by actions of third parties.
All complaints related to the quality of the paid services must be filed by the client on site at the hotel in order to eliminate the shortcomings. The submission is made in writing. In case the requirements are not met, the client must request a responsible person to draw up a report. Within 3 working days after its preparation, the client will receive the official opinion on the problem from the Hotel Manager.
All prices announced on the hotel website www.hotel-stz.com, as well as those described in the hotel’s e-mail messages, are in euros, including VAT and tourist tax.
Additional services are not automatically calculated in the final price per night and must be paid separately upon check-out.
The hotel is not responsible for: stolen items from the rooms, Lobby and SPA Club of the hotel, which are stored outside the personal safe placed in each room, as well as for damage caused by third parties.
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms of “Best Boutique Hotel”, according to the provisions of national legislation. Therefore, in case of any non-compliance with them, the hotel reserves the right to impose, without prior notice, a fee of €100.
Hotel guests should observe generally accepted standards of good behavior during their stay at the hotel. All costs for material damage to the hotel are paid by the persons who caused them.
“Best Boutique Hotel” is not responsible for persons under 18 years of age left unattended. Every guest is obliged not to leave their children unattended on the territory of the “Best Boutique Hotel”.
For all disputes and legal issues not settled by these General Terms and Conditions and arising in connection with the use of the website www.hotel-stz.com, the provisions of the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria shall be binding.
