Reservation terms

• Once we receive and process your request, we will contact you to confirm the possibility of accommodation.
• The reservation request should contain the following information: the guest’s name and surname, nationality, exact dates of arrival and departure, telephone, credit card number and e-mail for feedback, type of room, number of rooms, number of guests.
• You will receive confirmation about your reservation at the e-mail you have specified. It will describe the type and number of booked rooms, the check-in and check-out date, the number of adults and children indicated in the booking request and the amount due. Please, after receiving the confirmation, carefully familiarize yourself with your reservation information and contact us if a correction is needed.
• In the e-mail, at the hotel’s discretion, may be indicated an amount that you must pay in advance, as a required guarantee deposit, before check-in. No later than 5 (five) days after sending our e-mail (unless another term has been agreed), the customer must pay the specified deposit. The rest of the total amount for your reservation can be paid on the spot, at the hotel.
• As a required guarantee deposit for bookings concerning package and holiday offers, an amount of 100 (one hundred) % of the reservation amount may be indicated at the hotel’s discretion. No later than 5 (five) days after sending our e-mail (unless another term has been agreed), the customer must pay the specified deposit.
• Once we receive the guarantee deposit amount, we will send you an invoice for the payment to the e-mail indicated by you, and your reservation will be considered valid and definitely CONFIRMED.
• If the payment is not made within the time limit described, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
• When the customer makes a reservation in “Best Boutique Hotel” he/she is considered acquainted with these general conditions and that he/she agrees with them.
• Reservations accepted by phone, e-mail or through our website are considered as constituting contractual terms.
• The payment is considered complete acceptance of these general terms for stay in our hotel.

Terms for cancellation of a reservation

• If you wish to cancel your reservation, this can be done in one of the following ways:

• 20 (twenty) days or more before the check-in date, if the customer wishes to cancel a confirmed reservation, he will not owe a default payment and the amount paid for the guarantee deposit will be refunded to him within 30 working days after the cancellation.
• If you cancel within 20 (twenty) to 10 (ten) days before the check-in date or in case of no-show on the day of the check-in, the customer owes a penalty of 50 % of the amount paid as the guarantee deposit.
• If the cancellation is within a period of less than 10 (ten) days before the check-in date or in case of no-show on the day of the check-in, the customer shall pay a default payment equal to the amount paid as a guarantee deposit and the reservation will be deemed cancelled.
• “Best Boutique Hotel” reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the hotel. In these cases the hotelier:
  – Offers accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices.

Change of reservation

• If you wish to change your reservation after receiving confirmation, we will do our best to help you.

Accommodation conditions

• Check-in and check-out hours:
  – Accommodation: After 15:00 p.m.
  – Room check-out: until 12:00 o’clock at noon
  – In case of later check-out an additional charge is paid, as follows:
  – when you check-out until 18:00 p.m., a fee is payable, at the discretion of the hotel;
  – when you check-out after 18:00 p.m., payment of 100 (one hundred) % of the price is due.
• Reservations are kept until 24:00 on the relevant day of arrival.
• Children under 6 years stay free of charge on an extra bed in a double room with two adults paying full price.
• Children over 6 years but under 12 stay in a double room for a surcharge of 20 BGN /day on an extra bed on the basis of bed /and breakfast/ when there are two adults, paying full price.
• Children over 12 years but under 18 are accommodated in a double room for an additional fee of 50 BGN/day on an extra bed on the basis of bed /and breakfast/ when there are two adults, paying full price.
• Accommodation of a third adult on an extra bed in an apartment pays additional 50 BGN.
• For accommodation of an adult and a child in a double room on regular beds, a discount on the room price is not provided.
• Pets are not allowed in the hotel. If a violation is found, the guest is charged additionally with the value of one night’s stay in the relevant room.
• Check-in at the hotel is via presenting personal documents certifying the identity of the guests.
• The data provided by you are protected in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection and regulations governing the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the realization of the established requirements of the Law on Tourism. This information will only be used in connection with the reservations made and will not be provided for any other purpose.

• In cash at the hotel /in Bulgarian leva/.
• With a debit or credit card at the hotel.
• By bank transfer to the following bank account in BGN:

Rights and obligations of the parties

• “Best Boutique Hotel” is obliged to provide to the guests of the hotel the requested and paid services in full.
• Amounts for ordered but not used services in whole or in part by the guests due to their fault are not refundable.
• “Best Boutique Hotel” is not liable for damages caused by acts of third parties.
• All claims related to the quality of the paid services must be brought by the customer on the spot, at the hotel in order to address the weaknesses. Lodging a claim is in writing. In the event that the requirements are not satisfied, the customer must require the preparation of a protocol by the responsible person. Within 3 working days after its drawing out the customer will receive the official opinion of the hotel manager regarding the problem.
• All prices advertised on the site of the hotel www.hotel-stz.com, as well as those described in the e-mail messages of the hotel are in Bulgarian leva, including VAT and tourist tax.
• Additional services are not calculated automatically in the final price for accommodation and must be paid separately when you leave.
• The hotel is not responsible for: stolen items from the rooms, lobby and SPA Club of the hotel, which are stored outside the personal safe placed in each room, nor for damages caused by third parties.
• Smoking is not allowed in the rooms of “Best Boutique Hotel” as per national regulations. Therefore, in case of non-compliance with them, the hotel reserves the right to impose, without prior notice, a fee of 100.00 BGN.
• Guests of the hotel should follow the generally accepted norms of good behavior during their stay at the hotel. All costs for caused damages to the hotel are paid by the persons who had caused them.
• “Best Boutique Hotel” is not responsible for persons under 18 years left unattended. Every guest is obliged not to leave their children unattended on the territory of “Best Boutique Hotel”.
• In all disputes and legal issues unsettled by these General Terms and Conditions and arising in connection with the use of the site www.hotel-stz.com, the provisions of the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.

Policy for the use of Cookies

• By visiting the site www.hotel-stz.com, users consent to cookies from it, its partners and the advertising platforms used by it to be placed on their devices.
• If the user does not wish cookies to be placed on his device, he may do so from the settings of the software that opens this site www.hotel-stz.com, in which case we cannot guarantee the full and accurate operation of the site.
• The user is considered informed regarding the non-individualized tracking of his behavior on the site and on the Internet when visiting, booking, recording, switching from another site, etc. on the part of www.hotel-stz.com

• ЗLoading, recording and printing of individual pages and/or sections, photos and other documents is only permitted provided that the notices and copyright signs or other signs related to the property, have not been removed.
• Any reproduction (total or partial), alteration, transmission (by electronic or other means), connection or use of the website www.hotel-stz.com for any public or commercial purposes without the written permission of “Best Boutique Hotel” and/ or the copyright holder is prohibited.
• Intellectual property rights on all elements and resources located on the website www.hotel-stz.com (including available databases) are protected under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, they belong to “Best Boutique Hotel” or accordingly, to the specified person who has given the right to use to “Best Boutique Hotel” and they cannot be used in violation of the current legislation.
